Friday’s 6-7pm (so you can still catch a Bomber game or night at Johnnie’s)

A strong, face paced class where poses are linked together to flow from one to the next. Working on our core and arm strength this season to challenge our bodies & minds for future asanas.
There is usually space for drop ins if you can't commit to all classes.
