Last spring we had a wonderful 6 week offering of creative workshops to inspire artists of all mediums to join us on a journey of connection and inspiration, to not only deepen but expand our artistic practices, some which were hidden gems to be discovered.

This year we are offering variations of these workshops in surrounding communities to lessen the burden of them traveling to us. However, if you missed the workshops in Flin Flon and want to attend in another community, you are more than welcome. Or is someone from The Pas would like to join “Land/Site” in Snow Lake, the more the merrier! It is in times when we gather together, ideas can be shared, an unexpected collaboration or a spark that turns into an inner fire that must be released into the world!

Sunday Hatha, 6-7pm
A gentle well-rounded class that includes some pranayama (breathing) and introduction to meditation. No inversions!

Friday Power/Vinyasa 6-7pm
A strong, face paced class where poses are linked together to flow from one to the next. Working on our core and arm strength this season to challenge our bodies & minds for future asanas.
There is usually space for drop ins if you can't commit to all classes.

Katie Kozak & Kristy Janvier are excited to team up once again to offer 6 free workshops in addition to open studio time to share ideas with other artists, experiment on ideas, possible collaborations with the ability to leave your work for the entire 6 weeks.

This AMAZING 3 class workshop covers everything you need to know to start your practice as well as help you to determine which style of yoga you are most interested in! This series will run March 3rd, 10th and 17th at 6:15pm, the cost is $35 for non-members, members can use their passes( 3 classes off of their passes to join), message to book your spot this is a must pre-register event!
